Functieomschrijving
As an HR Administrative support you will be supporting the HR Compensation team (25%) and Benefits team (75%) in various administrative tasks for example but not limited to: Data entry of all kind of leaves (maternity, sick etc.) in the system Handle invoices of vendors Support in calculating bonuses working with huge Excel data files applying pivots, Vlookups etc.We are looking for someone who can work fulltime (40 hours) and can start in April.
Functie-eisen
At least 1 year working experience in an administrative role, strong eye for detail, excellent Excel skills (V-lookups and pivot tables), fluent in English and preferably Dutch, system savvy, used to work with deadlines.Gevraagd opleidingsniveau: minimaal HBO.Voor deze functie wordt minimaal 1 ja(a)r(en) relevante werkervaring gevraagd.Meer informatie is te verkrijgen bij Hilversum @ Nike, telefoonnummer 035-6462670.
